ABOUT CATTMAN

since 1998

Back in 1998 we started Cattman Co. Inc as a Cleveland, Ohio based residential flooring and tile installation company. Soon thereafter we started offering services related to grout cleaning, marble re-polishing and granite refinishing.

As the technology evolved, our company has also evolved and started moving the concrete polishing and floor prep services into the industrial/commercial arena. Our services started including commercial marble refinishing and re-polishing.

We had a retail store with flooring supplies for about 6-7 years, and at the time our commercial jobs were about 30%. With the 2008 recession affecting the residential market the company’s focus went primarily to commercial. We still do high-end residential projects but our focus now is more than 80% on commercial work.

In 2011 we bought our first heavy duty commercial grinding machine that enabled us to do much bigger jobs. Since then we’ve invested heavily in all types of equipment to become more competitive and increase our turnaround time. This year alone we have invested over $800,000 in the latest equipment and machinery available.
Besides floor prep and tear out we still do tile Installation projects. One of our main customers is Planet Fitness. We do Planet Fitness locations around the country all the way from Florida to California. This year we have done projects in California, New York, New Jersey, Florida. We are covering the whole United States and we will travel wherever we’re needed for the right project.

With the amount and type of equipment we have, the fast turnaround, the quality work and the nation-wide coverage, we are fast coming along as one of the prefered players in the flooring solutions arena.
